At Chart & Charm, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

However, if there is an issue due to an error on our end—such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product—we will gladly make it right. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
